Chief Operating Officer
A M M Fazlur Rashid has been the Chief Operating Officer at Dyadic Research Impacts, Bangladesh since January 2024. He holds a business degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, which has been foundational to his extensive career in sales, marketing, and research.
Michael Murigi
Researcher
Michael Murigi is a seasoned expert in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (RMEL), with over 12 years of experience specializing in impact measurement and learning strategies across diverse sectors. His expertise spans financial inclusion, climate action, agricultural value chains, renewable energy, environmental conservation, and women and youth empowerment. Michael has worked extensively in Francophone and Anglophone Africa, South Asia, the Caribbean, and the UK. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics, focusing on Ecological, Financial, and Development Economics, and has several professional certifications in climate finance, accounting, impact evaluation, and gendered research.
Robert Mpiira
Chief Executive Officer
Robert serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dyadic Research Impacts Limited. A practitioner and academic in both the corporate and non-for-profit sectors, Robert holds Master’s degrees in: Development Management, Corporate Finance, and Business Administration. He is currently a PhD candidate in Development Studies. He has over fifteen years of experience in senior management, monitoring and evaluation, and research.
Developing a business model is essential for profit and socially oriented enterprises, regardless of their scale, who are starting to concretize a business idea. It will help to assess and refine the business idea as well as reflecting and improving the model of a current business. It is applicable for profit-oriented operations as well as for not-for profit oriented ones.
